'Make vaccines sound less safe...'

Tacitly acknowledging that the CDC is politicized

An article in Politico, speculating on what a 2nd Trump administration would do about vaccines, warns: “The CDC could change the paperwork required to be shared with parents to make vaccines sound less safe than they are.”

Think about that.

If the CDC gives accurate information about the potential hazards of vaccines, is that a bad thing?

But if the information were to suggest that vaccines are “less safe than they are,” that means the information from the CDC would be inaccurate.

And if a Trump administration could cause the CDC to publish inaccurate information, then the apparently the CDC is subject to political control.

But if the CDC is subject to political control, what makes you think that the information currently being supplied by the CDC is untainted by politics— and that possibly the information now given to parents makes vaccines look MORE safe than they are?
